Table of rental surveys

Informative table and subject to modification and apply if payment by the due date and discount deducted.

These prices include trip (25km), observation, writing, pictures, one copy per part, mailings.

These prices are indicative and non-contractual and are fixed permanently after visiting places by the expert. Our invoices are payable upon receipt.

       Details of the mission:

·         Taking of appointment with the parties (tenant, landlord, estate agent, manager,…)

·         Rental recommendations to the parties

·         A complete visit and detailed observation of the property to expertise

·         Meter reading accessible and correctly identified, verification of certificates of maintenance, checking of receipt keys, inventory of furniture.

·         A typed report with pictures (+ furniture inventory) per part.

·         Followed post inventory: via mail or addendum

·         Shipping cost of files by ordinary mail

·         Not included: CD-ROM pictures, supplemental trip and additional report
